University of Washington, LWRC and Seattle Pacific University
All events Saturday will be at Lake Washington Rowing Club
Saturday, November 10
• 9 a.m. - Parking lots opens for boat trailers
• Noon - 6 p.m. - Shuttle service operates
• Noon.- 6 p.m. - Registration packet pick-up at results
and registration tent
• Noon - 6 p.m. - Head of the Lake official merchandise
for sale at merchandise booth
• Noon - 4 p.m. - Pocock Racing Shells demos and launch
rides.
• Noon - 6 p.m. - Regatta Sports Expo
Sunday, November 11
• 5 a.m. – 5 p.m. - Regatta Sports Expo and Sample
Seattle Cuisine booths
• 6 a.m. – 6 p.m. - Shuttle service operates
• 6 a.m. -- 8 a.m. - Registration packet pick-up at
results and registration tent
• 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. - Races
• Throughout the day -- Emcee announcements from Gas
Works Park
• Throughout the day -- Race award ceremonies in heated
hospitality tents at LWRC
