IMPORTANT: Race Packets & USRowing Waivers

Race Packets can be picked up on:

  • Saturday 11/5 from 3:00-6:00pm at Lake Washington Rowing Club (910 N. Northlake Way, Seattle, WA 98103)

  • Sunday 11/6 from 6:00-8:00am at Conibear Shellhouse on the morning of the race.

It is IMPERATIVE that all race participants have valid USRowing waivers at the day of the race (11/6/2022). We cannot stress this enough. Head of the Lake is a USRowing registered regatta and must comply with USRowing requirements.

SafeSport Training

  • Adult athletes must annually complete the 30-minute SafeSport training titled “Abuse Prevention for Adult Athletes”. This training can be accessed online from the USRowing Membership portal by logging into your individual profile and clicking on the SafeSport button in the menu bar on the left-hand side.

  • If you have issues accessing the training, please contact USRowing member support at members@usrowing.org or 609-751-0700. Member Services is available to respond Monday through Friday, 9AM-4:30PM Eastern Time.

Race packets will not be released to racers and crews unless EVERYONE racing in the boat is compliant.

Make sure to get this done in advance of arriving at the regatta!

USRowing waivers can be completed in the following ways:

Pro Tips:

  • Check to make sure your USRowing membership is valid for the day of the race

  • If you are racing as "Unaffiliated" and have a Basic membership, make sure it includes the Regatta Add-On

  • Ensure that your Junior and Collegiate rowers are affiliated with your school

  • Canadian schools can provide paper waivers for your students if they are not registered as USRowing members
