IMPORTANT: RACE PACKETS, WAIVERS, & SAFESPORT
Race Packets can be picked up on:

Saturday 11/2 from 3:00-6:00pm at Lake Washington Rowing Club (910 N. Northlake Way, Seattle, WA 98103)

Sunday 11/3 from 6:00-8:00am at Conibear Shellhouse on the morning of the race.​
RACE PACKETS WILL NOT BE RELEASED TO RACERS AND CREWS UNLESS EVERYONE IN THE LINEUP IS COMPLIANT WITH USROWING MEMBERSHIP, WAIVER AND SAFESPORT REQUIREMENTS.
Make sure to complete these requirements in advance of arriving at the regatta
Log in to the USRowing Membership portal to join or renew your membership, sign the USRowing waiver, and complete any required SafeSport attestation and training.

USRowing Membership

You must have a USRowing membership valid for the day of the regatta. Join or renew through the USRowing Membership Portal or renew using the Express Renewal

If you are racing as Unaffiliated and have a Basic membership, make sure it includes the Regatta Add-On.

International athletes should join USRowing and process the free international membership.

SafeSport ​

Individuals 18 years old or older in the United States are required to complete a SafeSport self-attestation to determine whether they are considered a Relevant Adult Participant, as defined by USRowing's SafeSport Policy, and thus required to complete SafeSport training. Both the self-attestation and the training can be accessed online from the USRowing Membership portal.
